Conditions and Entry Process

• Entry into this prize must be completed online, using the form below.

• A maximum of two artworks may be submitted by an artist for the exhibition.

• 2D works can be in any medium.

• A fee of $40 for the first entry, and $30 for the second will apply.

• Fees are payable upon submission of the online entry and a screenshot of the receipt supplied via email, if paying manually.

• Entry must also include a quality image of the artwork labelled with surname and title.

• Sales of artworks in the exhibition will be subject to a 20% commission charge.

• Each artwork is to be clearly labelled with: Artist's  name, contact details, the title of the work, size, medium used and sale price (which includes commission), and for portraits, a release signed by the sitter.

• 2D artwork should be a maximum of 1.5m in either height or width, and be ready to hang with D rings attached.

• 3D artworks up to a maximum of 1m in any direction are able to be entered and will be displayed inside.

• The judges will select the artworks to be awarded the First and Emerging Artist prizes.

• The judges' decisions are final and based upon their joint consideration of the artistic merit of the entries. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to the selection.

• The People's Choice award will be based upon returned voting forms and will be awarded based upon the votes received by Sunday 11/10/26, 4pm.

• The works must have been completed after October 2024.

• Whilst all care will be taken by the committee in handling of works, insurance of the artwork is the responsibility of the artist.

• 2D work must be ready to hang (specific instructions will be provided at a later date).

• Collection of artworks after exhibition from 4 to 5pm on Sunday 11/10/26
